1.What should I do with the inverter when I'm away from home for an extended period?
A: There's no safety risk when you're away from home. And you can do the remote monitoring and setting through your app.
2.What does Grid Peak shaving mean?
A: Peak shaving means that during peak-shaving period when the grid's imported power is less than the limit, the battery will be charged. When the grid's imported power exceeds the limit, the battery will discharge to compensate for the excess power.
3.Can I prevent end users from changing settings using the installer account?
A: Yes, you’ve adjusted the access to Read-Only. However, this setting doesn’t seem to apply when attempting to configure the inverter end using the LCD screen.
4.Why isn't the battery voltage and SOC displayed even though the battery is connected to the inverter?
A: If you are using a lithium battery, it’s imperative to ensure there are no communication errors between the inverter and the battery. Conversely, if you're using a lead-acid battery, please verify the battery settings and switch it to lead-acid mode if necessary.
